1 Year Leveling Sheets

During the middle of October 2016, we were all sitting on the edge of our seats patiently awaiting the arrival of a new, large piece of machinery. Once our coil line arrived and was installed, it quickly became an unbelievable asset to our company. One year later, we are all amazed at just how much this machinery has allowed us to increase our business and better serve our customers.

Our coil line foreman recently commented: "While it has been challenging, the results have been positive. We are able to manage the quality of the metal right away as it is running through the machine." Aside from producing flat sheets quicker, we have stepped up our quality control by better monitoring the texture, finish, and edges of our flat sheets. By leveling just a few sheets off of a coil, we are able to notice common steel defects, such as sheet buckling and a wave along the edges.

We promise to only continue getting better and larger to serve our customers in the best way possible. We look forward to leveling more and more sheets and delivering to them your shop as quickly as possible for many more years to come.
